I’m 42 years old, and is my first time in life that I put myself in this sport experience.I would never immagine that this could be so exciting, serious and… relaxing!! When I finish my lesson I feel like new, relaxed and more balanced.Ingrida is an experienced and proffesional dancer, is a big luck for us to have such a good opportunity, for sure is not so usual to have this kind of instructor for an adult beguinners class! I started with Ingrida in spring 2019 in Lagos. I was so excited to try ballet again after so many years and the classes didn’t disappoint! Ingrida herself is super friendly and welcoming and from extensive ballet training she’s more than qualified to teach. You don’t need to have any dance experience and after a few sessions will feel an improvement. I really loved the time I had with Ingirda and highly recommend joining her classes!!

I absolutely love the adult ballet classes with Ingrida! I joined the adult ballet classes last year because I like ballet and wanted to exercise. What I like the most is how Ingrida is so thorough explaining and adapting the exercises so you can do your own best and always improve. Since I started, my posture and coordination are better, my flexibility has improved and I have better conditioning. Besides I also learned so much about ballet music and choreography, so it’s great to have the opportunity to do the choreography workshops with Ingrida through the year.
